As the shortage of oil resources and environmental pollution becoming more serious,the auto industry is facing transformation bought by the energy change,and clean energy vehicles become the dominant direction.With the purpose of sustained and healthy development of clean energy vehicles,the research for recycling of the power battery should be enhanced.Including lithium batteries which play an important role in the power battery market because of its many advantages,about which the recycling problem is becoming an advanced research hotspot.At present,the recycling market is still in its infancy in China,there are many problems to be solved.This study was conducted on the background of present situation of disposal power lithium batteries,with disposal power lithium battery reverse logistics as object,based on EPR,and combined with the electric vehicle power battery recycling technology policy(2015 edition).Firstly,Interpretative Structural Modeling Method was applied to analyze factors to recycling and interaction among them.The result showed that the government policy is the key and fundamental factors at present.Secondly,the Game Theory was used to study recycling problems in two stages under the situation of government regulation.In the primary stage,a “government-power lithium battery manufacturer-consumer” model was built to discuss how the parties make decision could reach the Nash equilibrium of benefit maximization when the government seek to maximize social benefits,and enterprise seek to maximize economic benefits,and consumers seek to their own profit maximization.Then,a “government –recycler” model was built to research further based on the first one,which researched how the government regulate to make recyclers supply the disposal batteries to second utilization field on detailed.Results were simulated by MALTAB,which found that the illegal disposal standard and the punishment intensity could regulate recycling market obviously,but the two factors must be combined to achieve the best control effect.Finally,constructive countermeasures and Suggestions were put forward according to the research conclusions for power lithium batteries reverse logistics system operated batter in China.
