With the improvement of people's living standard,the requirement of living environment is increasing day by day.In order to improve the taste of the city and the living environment,each city has increased the investment in the garden greening.Due to the continuous strengthening of environmental philosophy and environmental awareness,urban development has become more and more focus on the construction of green environment,and thus the space of green space is larger,the competition between enterprises is intense.Under the present circumstances,each garden construction enterprises in order to obtain the right to project successful,lower construction costs,the cost of controlling the phenomenon of more and more.It is necessary to ensure the quality and safety of greening projects,but also by good control of the project cost,how to get Profile profits of the enterprise to become a major issue.Only by strengthening the management of greening projects,improve the ability to control costs,as far as possible to implement a low-cost high-quality greening projects,enterprises in order to win the market,gain greater development.Zhuhai as China's well-known environmental livable cities,is now in the "national ecological garden city" honor efforts Zhuhai Zhuhai Municipal Government is committed to playing with the advanced countriescomparable to international livable city.Taking Zhuhai landscaping project as an object,in this study it can be roughly divided into three aspects: first,combing the relevant researches on project cost management and supply chain,into the details of the supply chain theory,cost control theory and analyzes the link between the two,the theoretical basis for this study;and second,to Zhuhai greening projects from the angle of supply chain status quo analysis of engineering project cost control,from the relationship between rights and responsibilities,information management level upstream and downstream business linkages angles,analyze the current main problems and their causes;and third,for the project cost control problems in the supply chain based on the idea from the whole idea of ??cost control system construction,cost control process of combing,and cost control key perspectives,given the appropriate optimization measures and suggestions.Through Zhuhai landscaping engineering research,explore and propose methods and countermeasures to do landscaping project cost control,to control and manage through the scientific project costs,creating high-quality urban greening projects,while reducing costs and profits maximization.Meanwhile,we hope to provide reference for the cost of the same type of thinking corporate control decisions.
