Speeding up in Integrating into the world economics system, China has improve her comprehensive national strength. More and more enterprises try to seek vast development space abroad. Along with the internationalization of Chinese corporations, the company supply chain strategy will surely be changed. Customs duty has been general way to restrict goods import from other countries. However, other non-tariff barrier, such as anti-dumping, technical barriers, green trade barriers, intellectual property are widely used as well, waving the banner of fair competition.To evade the trade barriers are the initial motivation of corporation's internationalization. In this paper, we research into the supply chain strategy and supply chain cost management in this condition. This paper firstly introduces basic methods and literature review of supply chain and supply chain cost management. Then main characteristics and manifestations of trade restraint policies are generally introduced while their influences on the Chinese home appliance export companies are especially presented. Following that, the author designed staged supply chain strategy for C Company in this condition, after the investigation of company current situation. The author does research into the supply chain cost management of C, against trade restraint policies. The author also got the conclusion that, the Europe factory construction makes great senses, according to the analysis of cost control model.This paper does research about the international corporation management problem, in the trade restraint policies. Studying the case of C Corporation, the author research the supply chain strategy and cost management methods for the purpose of drawing some lessons to internationalization processes of home appliances companies.
