Constructing Evaluation System And Researching Development Strategy Of Rural Pratt & Whitney Financial Institutions In Hebei Province

Hebei Province ownes agricultural population accounts for nearly 80% of the province's total population,arable land 6392.2 thousand hectares,it is a large agricultural province.Rural economic development in Hebei Province has become the focus of economic development,and rural economic development is inseparable from scattered rural economic development body,and the development of these small groups will be needed to support rural financial institutions.Therefore,the rural financial system specification,development shared by all people inclusive financial system is imperative.Based on current research from domestic and foreign,after studying the actual situation,in this article we from the macro,meso and micro perspective analyze development institutions separately of Pratt & Whitney rural financial institutions and use SWOT model to make a detailed analysis about the advantage and disadvantages of Pratt & Whitney rural financial institutions.We find the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Pratt & Whitney rural financial institutions in Hebei Province.We propose financial model for the Pratt & Whitney rural financial institutions in Hebei ProvinceIn addition to presenting the development model of Pratt & Whitney rural financial institutions in Hebei Province,we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study influence factors of Pratt & Whitney's rural financial institutions in Hebei Province in the development process and how important the influence factors are.Finally,according to the analysis of the development process of the above advantages and disadvantages,opportunities threats,and analyzing the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,from the government point of view,Pratt &Whitney farmers angle and the angle of financial institutions in rural areas in Hebei Province were put forward the corresponding financial Pratt & Whitney development Strategy,provides a theoretical basis for the development of rural financial Pratt &Whitney in Hebei Province.
