Research On The Integrated Development Of Rural Industries In Hebei Province Under The Background Of Digital Econom

Over the years,the issues of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" have been the focus of the Party and the state.Hebei Province,as a major agricultural province,has been concentrating its advantages to solve the problems of agricultural development,farmer income increase and rural stability.In 2023,the Central No.1 document deployed the key work of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,which undoubtedly injected a shot of cardiotonic to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Industrial revitalization is the key to the realization of rural revitalization.Through the industrial chain,rural resources can be driven to activate endogenous power,and high-quality development of rural industries can be achieved.In exploring the development path of rural industry revitalization,promoting rural industry integration has been proved to be an important way to build a modern agricultural industry system,cultivate new rural business forms and models,and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.At present,in the process of promoting rural industry integration in Hebei Province,there are still some problems,such as weak common technical support ability,insufficient bearing capacity of fusion carrier,insufficient number of new business entities,and unsound joint mechanism of related interests.Digital economy is an economic form formed on the basis of the development of big data technology.Through the penetration of digital technology in various industries in rural areas and the flow of data elements,it promotes the integration and extension of agricultural industry chain,cultivates new business models for the development of rural industries such as leisure agriculture,smart agriculture and e-commerce,and greatly promotes the development of rural industrial integration,and has become a new engine of rural economic development.Based on the research of the existing literature,this paper takes the industrial integration theory,multifunctional agriculture theory and industrial chain theory as the theoretical guidance,analyzes the current situation of digital economy and rural industry integration development in Hebei Province,and makes clear the promotion relationship between digital economy and rural industry integration.On this basis,the index system of influencing factors of rural industry integration in Hebei Province under the background of digital economy is constructed.Then,the judgment matrix was constructed through the expert interview and discussion,and the weight of each index was obtained by AHP.The results showed that,according to the weight of influencing factors from high to low,it was successively the level of agricultural digital management,the level of vertical integration of agricultural industry,the level of agricultural digital science and technology,the level of horizontal integration of rural industry,the level of farmers’ employment and the level of farmers’ income.On this basis,according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the quantitative research is carried out on the development of rural industrial integration in Hebei Province under the background of digital economy.The results show that the development of rural industrial integration in Hebei Province is above the average level at present,and the problems of rural industrial integration development in Hebei province under the background of digital economy are pointed out by combining the current situation of index data.In order to realize the revitalization of rural industry and promote the high quality development of rural economy,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
