With the deepening of reform and opening policy of China, China has entered a stage of the socialist market economy. In the era of market economy, Brand become an important tool for the occupation of the market. According to the relevant WTO provisions, education is a part of the service industry and a key component of the economy, so it complies with the rules of the market. With the improvement of people's living standards, the importance of brand is increasing and it plays an important role in people's lives. In today of globalized economy, China's economy is connecting with the world economy, and Chinese people's demand for education will be more and more, more diversity. Education in China, driven by the rapid growth in demand for education, will form a new buyer's market. Because China's education industry developed late, the Competitiveness is relatively weak. It can be predicted that China's education will be further impacted with China and the world economy's integrating. So it is suitable to carry out brand strategy study of education industry. We should stand the high position of strategy and give more attention to brand strategy if Chinese educational enterprises survive under global competition.This paper takes Educhina Group as study object, analyzes the situation of brand construction of Educhina Group with relative theory of economics and management. And specialty, weakness, opportunity and threat with analysis method of SWOT. The key point 01 the paper is, after analysis of the brand of Educhina Group, setting orientation, instructive tenet, process and keystone of brand strategy and puts forward concrete implement contents of brandstrategy of Educing Group and measures of assurance.Brand Strategy is a systematic project, and the growth of brand needs a favorable marketenvironment and legal and institutional environment, in which the government plays an important and irreplaceable role. At present, there is few similar article or relevant study ,so we hope what we do now can bring some hint and and be able to provide some help to the development of our education industry.
