In recent years, China's environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, in particular, the new killer—haze, China's economic and social development and the people's daily life has a serious impact. As one of the world's recognized renewable energy utilization projects, wind power is the most effective solution to mitigate climate change, improve energy security and promote economic growth. China is rich in wind energy resources,ranking first in the world, since 2005, our country has become one of the world's largest wind power through tax and financial incentives, and vigorously develop the wind power industry.But explosive growth makes a lot of problems began to appear, such as consumptive,abandoned wind power rationing, fan off network accidents, seriously affecting the sustained and healthy development of China's wind power industry, reduce the level of competitiveness of China's wind power industry.In this paper, the SCP model and the competitiveness of the market organization theory,based on the SCP paradigm and competitiveness theory, the factors affecting the competitiveness of China's wind power industry is divided into four parts: market structure,market behavior, market performance and market environment. Then we select 15 indicators,such as market structure, market behavior, market performance and market environment,market type, policy barriers and other two four indicators of some key indicators, the establishment of China's wind power industry competitiveness evaluation index system. The use of AHP to determine the index weight, using matter-element model on the competitiveness of China's wind power industry analysis, determine China's wind power industry competitiveness rank of "strong preference", found the main problems affecting the competitiveness of China's wind power for technological innovation ability is weak; the level of industry profits and lower wind power; consumptive problem is severe. To solve these problems, from the aspects of technology, industry profits and net consumptive put forward nine suggestions, in order to improve the level of competitiveness of China's wind power industry, China's transition from wind power wind power, but also for the government to make wind power laws, regulations and policies, reasonable allocation of wind resources and wind power enterprise future development planning is of great practical significance.
