Research On The Competitiveness Analysis Model And Countermeasures Of China's Wind Power Industry

This article aims to study the competitiveness of China's wind power industry and propose promoting countermeasures. Firstly, based on the combination of Porter's Diamond Model and the SWOT analysis model, this paper proposes a framework model to study the competitiveness of China's wind power industry. Secondly, this paper elaborates on the influence factors to the competitiveness of China's wind power industry. The internal environmental analysis is respectively explicated from the advantages and disadvantages of five elements including Factor condition, Demand condition, Related and support industry, Firm strategy, structure and rivalry, and Government; the external environment analysis includes both opportunities and threats of China's wind power industry. Finally, based on the analysis on the influence factors to the competitiveness of China's wind power industry, this paper proposes some recommendations and measures to enhance the competitiveness of China's wind power industry, promoting the upgrade and rapid development of China's wind power industry.
