In 2014, the Inner Mongolia branch of BOC, got a rapid overall growth, and the rate exceeded the average level of all provinces. Meanwhile, problems, such as non-uniform distribution of customers, incomprehensive business, weak competitive power, must be resolved. With accelerated financial reform and increasingly intensive competitiveness in markets, the Inner Mongolia branch faces both opportunities and challenges. So the importance should be attached to the corporate business, which is the main source of revenue for banks.This article mainly analyzes the business development bank of China, Inner Mongolia branch company business environment, the present situation and problems, on this basis, based on relevant theories of strategic management and cutting-edge knowledge, to Inner Mongolia branch company business development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for analysis, thus established the China Inner Mongolia branch of the bank’s differentiation strategy, and put forward concrete strategy implementation measures and security solutions.This paper contains five parts.
