Talent, fresh blood for the enterprise development as determines height and width of the development of enterprises, how to in the enterprise management in use, become the main aspects of the research and practice of human resource management, performance management is an important part of human resource management, performance and performance management is an important means and methods. This paper improved the performance appraisal system of the preliminary attempt in blue sky company optimized, help to find and establish a suitable for China's national conditions and practical performance appraisal methods, for the enterprises of our country are performance evaluation reform to provide some reference.
