Finance is the core of the national economy, the development of rural economy can not be separated from the development of rural finance. New rural construction funds can not rely entirely on the financial capital, financial capital will become new rural construction of the main capital in a steady stream of. With the deepening of the reform of rural financial system in Jiangxi province and the further development of agricultural industrialization,thedeep-seated contradictions and problems in the rural financial system have gradually emerged and become an important factor to restrict the development of rural economy and finance.
