China needs to import a large amount of pork from abroad for consumption of urban and rural residents, the adverse effects can be said to the actual status of the country's food security, to protect food safety to ensure the healthy development of pig breeding. The data span the period 2010-2013, first of all, we found that backyard hog still in the national pig breeding in a single large from the the amount of pig slaugh and the number of farms proceed with an analysis of the current development level of China's pig breeding, but at the same time, the scale of farming also in the gradual development, the overall development level of the scale of farming continues to increase, but inside the different scale farming imbalance greater differentiation. Then the analysis of the four different culture areas of the descriptive statistics of East China, central, Western and northeastern regions, find direction changes substantially from east to west, from south to north, the transfer of remote areas from developed regions to backward economy; then from the provincial perspective, measure the concentration coefficient and the pig producing provinces, provincial pig farming in China showed the concentration is low, the main producing areas are mainly distributed in several provinces in Sichuan basin, the Yangtze River Plain, in the Huang Huai basin; in addition, the tradition of raising pigs, the environmental regulation, market conditions, traffic conditions, price that five factors that influence the acceptance test measurement model, get significant results. According to the study and put forward the internal structure of the scientific coordination of industry, we need to grasp the regional movement, improve concentration and intensive pig farming.
