Foton motor enterprise has built less than 20 years,but has its own space in the car industry,and even is called “Foton miracle”.By the end of 2012,the production and sales ranked first for seven consecutive years in the Chinese commercial vehicle,and in2007,ranked second in the global commercial vehicle.In recent years,Chinese own brand car companies accelerate to go abroad.However,the global auto market is bad and Chinese auto enterprises are lack of competitiveness,then how to“go out”? So,this paper selects the Foton motor--the first commercial vehicle as the research object,analysis Foton motor internationalization management strategy,and will provide some references for Chinese automobile enterprises to hit the overseas market.This thesis studies the Foton motor internationalization strategy by the methods of theory combined with cases.Firstly,it studies the theory of enterprise international business strategy.Then,it analyzes the reasons for the Foton international business strategy and the achievements with the existing problems in the international operations.At last,it puts forward valuable opinion to Chinese automobile enterprises international business strategy and lets more car companies “go out”.With the development of the information age,the market is expanding.Faced with fierce competition,our business are looking for a broader market.According to the mode of the Foton motor internationalization management strategy,we should fully understand the investment environment of the host country and combine with the situation of us.Learned from the other enterprises,the automobile enterprises of our country will set sail to the sage of the world economic.
