Forest rights circulation is the main content of collective forest rights supporting reform,which is an effective approach to solve forestland fragmentation and realize scale management of forestry.The price is a regulator of market supply and demand in the process of forest rights circulation,and reasonable price of circulation will lead the efficient transfer behavior,which is a key factor for the efficient allocation of forestry resources.So,it is very necessary to find out the main factors influencing the price of forest tenure circulation to protect circulation interests of both parties,to promote the parties to participate in the forest tenure circulation,the formation and development of forest tenure circulation is of great significance.The paper analyze the influence which a variousof factors have an effect onthe price of forest tenure circulation like timber market price,forestquality and duration.It employs semi logarithmiclinear regression model which bases onthe survey data of 103 farmers' 138 samplesintwelveadministrative villages offour towns in LongquanCounty and Chun'an Countyin Zhejiang Province.It shows that timber market price and volume per unit area are the key factors which have an effect on the stumpage and forestland use rights prices.These two factors have a significant effect on circulation priceper unit areaat the level of 1%.Duration is also an important factor affecting the stumpage and forestland use rights prices,which has a significant effect on circulation priceper unit areaat the level of 5%.Education years of households have a negative effect on circulation price at the level of 1%,and slope has a negative effect on circulation price.In addition,different regions also have significant effect on the stumpage and forestland use rights prices,which explains the importance of the development of timber processing industry locally.According to the above conclusions put forward to the following suggestions: strengthen policy support for forest tending,and promote the improvement of the quality of the stand.Standardizethe formulation of forestlandrent,protectthe interests of farmers.Improve the cutting quota management system,promote forest rights circulation.Optimize the industrial structure of forestry,promote the upgrading of the forestry industry.
