Guangxi is developed in forestry in China, its forestry output value is top among provinces of our country. State-owned forest farms are the powerhouse of the sustainable development of forestry in Guangxi which played a important role in Guangxi forestry construction. With comprehensive layout of ecological construction in our country, state-owned forest farms have changed their historical mission in the event, also state-owned forest farms have centered on the production and business operation from the past to give priority to with ecological construction. In the process of their historical developing, state-owned forest farms made a major contribution to the overall economic development in Guangxi, but also accumulated a lot of problems and contradictions.
