Technology Acquisition Mode Of Large And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises And Innovation Output

As innovation driven development strategy is put forward, our country get into a new era in which technology innovation is a way that exploit deeply various resources. Large and medium-sized industrial enterprises which are the most active technology innovation body and play an important role in the national economy development, which run in the environment that need to concentrate on innovation in order to achieve long-term development. So large and medium-sized industrial enterprises want to get this goal, they not only concentrate on innovation, but also make full use of internal and external available resources. When large and medium-sized industrial enterprises innovate, they should use different technology acquisition modes in order to maximize innovation production combined with their own research and development situation. When we study relationship between different technology acquisition modes and innovation production, absorptive capacity is the key to implement technology acquisition mode, so we should study deeply regulating effect of absorptive capacity. It is important for enterprises to choose appropriate technology acquisition mode when we clarify their relationships.According to our national conditions, we analyze how the enterprise's access to available technology, found that our country's enterprises has experienced change process, which is from the introduction of foreign advanced technology to innovation driven. Now we form a variety of forms of technology acquisition modes. Reference on previous research results, according to research and development funding, classify independent innovation degree of participation, roughly summed up as three types, as, independent research and development, foreign technology import and the domestic technology purchased. This paper collected 30 provinces statistics data of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises from 2002 to2013 in our country.Through conducting Eviews6.0, we research relationships between these variables, as two view of the provincial level and regional level, study the correlation of different modes of technology acquisition and innovation output. Meanwhile we see absorptive ability as a regulating variable, study its regulating effect.The empirical results show that, as the view of the provincial level, different technology acquisition modes have different effects on innovation production.There are significant positive correlation between independent research and development and domestic technology purchase and innovation output, while there are no significant correlation between foreign technology import and innovation output. Absorptive capacity has a positive regulating effect between 3 kinds of technology acquisition modes and innovation production.As the view of regional level, there are significant positive correlation between independent research and development and innovation output, there are no significant correlation between foreign technology import and innovation output. in eastern, central and western regions. There are significant positive correlations between domestic technology purchase and innovation output in central and western regions, in eastern region, these have no correlation. Meanwhile, except absorptive capacity has no positive regulating effect between independent research and development and innovation output in the central region. In three regions, absorptive capacity has a positive regulating effect between 3 kinds of technology acquisition modes and innovation output.
