Optimized Research On Standardization Management Of Fracturing Engineering Project Of Oil Production Company

Fracturing, an important method to prevent oil production declining and achieve sustainable development, has been widely used in oilfield development and oil production. The crude oil output can be increased in a certain period of time by fracturing, which plays an important role in stimulating and maintaining sustainable production in oilfield. The standardization management of fracturing engineering project in oil production company is not only an important foundation of oilfield project management, but also a reliable guarantee for the stable output of crude oil.By the application of identification method of project management standardization key factors, taking fracturing engineering project of NO.S Oil Production Company in Daqing Oilfield as an example, the paper carries out current situation analysis on fracturing standardization management of oil production company and identifies the key factors and existing problems in order to improve the management level of fracturing project in Oil Production Company. First of all, based on methods of reviewing literature and expert scoring, fracturing engineering project management standardization key factors of oil production company are identified.The paper ultimately determines four critical factors, including well selection,scheme design, field management and performance appraisal, and analyzes the implementation path of standardization management of fracturing engineering project of oil production company.
