The current crude oil prices from $110 a barrel decline in December 2014 in 2016 to 40-50 dollars/barrel,oil shale development in the United States,the development and utilization of new energy sources such as graphene have huge impact on oil ocean drilling platform as the core equipment of Marine petroleum development,through the ocean drilling platform built production process improvement,will exert positive effects on offshore oil development costs lower,and will be conducive to promoting the manufacture level of the Marine engineering equipment,improve the competitiveness of the Marine oil exploitation.Own company in the past series of M2 jack-up drilling platform is built production cycle in 22.5 months above,production cycle is long,lead to high construction cost,lack of market competitiveness.I take what is engaged in the H type of M2 jack-up drilling platform is the production process as the research object,this paper first of all,the use of process analysis in view of the M2 type drilling rig production process,analyze the execution of the plan,and to find out the M2 type drilling rig production construction status and existing problems,and preferred to analyze from the process on production bottleneck problem,and then through the homework balance ratio analysis,demand beats analysis,just-in-time production analysis and research such as critical path method,as well as the present situation of the formulation and implementation of optimized scheme,will eventually M2 type drilling rig construction cycle effectively shorten and make reasonable controlled build cycle.Thus greatly reduces the project construction cost,the cost of financing,significantly improved the production efficiency and product competitiveness.This article from the industrial engineering,lean production perspective of M2 type production to improve the optimization of ocean drilling rig effectively shortened the production cycle of the type drilling rig and the production efficiency of the whole increased by more than 20%,the project costs by tens of millions of yuan,safety in production,quality management also get synchronous rise,for China shipbuilding,Marine engineering equivalent seemingly extensive industry lean production,lean management provides a unique reference sample,production building of other types of ocean drilling platform has very good reference.Believe that the domestic study of ocean engineering industry in lean production is more and more deep,China ocean engineering level there will be a qualitative,international competitiveness of the country's important equipment industry has a very good role.
