Research On Collaborative Innovation Network Of Manufacturing Enterprises

Since China adopted the “Reform and Opening up” policy, the Economic development has entered the fast lane. Since the 21 st century, the GDP growth for five consecutive years of double-digit growth during 2003-2007 years. With the development of China's emerging markets, we surpassed Japan to become the second largest economy in the world after the United States in 2010. Because of the China's large population base and the low labor cost manufacturing industry, China's manufacturing industry develops quickly, China has been for four consecutive years to maintain the first position of manufacturing industry during 2010--2013 years. The “Made in China” had been all over the world, but “China Innovation” is still relatively rare, Chinese enterprise is still lack of creativity, especially in high-end manufacturing industries. With the development of the world economic situation, the concept of collaborative innovation excavated by the enterprise, and becoms the new enterprise development, the new trend, Specifically the enterprises integrate the resources through the way of integration, and improve the operation efficiency. At present, China's manufacturing industry is also at a critical moment of transformation and upgrading, how manufacturing companies, universities, research institutes and other innovative body constructed collaborative innovation model for China's manufacturing industry will be the construction of an innovative country, to become manufacturing of key powers.Firstly, combined with China's manufacturing industry to some of the problems that currently exist, and found a large manufacturing country but not strong capability of independent innovation is the main reason for relatively poor countries, therefore, collaborative innovation came into being, but because of our collaborative innovation a beat slower than in developed countries, and the development process, there will inevitably be many problems. Therefore, based on theory and research, collaborative innovation theory and knowledge network organization theory, this paper constructs a manufacturing enterprise collaborative innovation networks. And the use of Shapley value method of manufacturing enterprise collaborative innovation network benefits allocated fair and reasonable, and thus build a manufacturing enterprise collaborative innovation networks benefit distribution mechanism; the use of small-world network for producing enterprise collaborative innovation networks in Matlab platform simulation, and analysis and optimization, increase network value obtained gain, improve network efficiency of cooperation of relevant recommendations.The main results of this study are as follows:1) Combined with some problems still exist in the development of China's manufacturing industry as well as for collaborative innovation to explore the establishment of a manufacturing enterprise collaborative innovation networks. Different from the previous model of cooperation, in the form of a network of manufacturing enterprise collaborative innovation has a dynamic and flexible network organization that can better respond to complex domestic and international environment for China's manufacturing industry to enhance the capability of independent innovation and provide a useful reference path.2) Introducing the Shapley Value and small-world network model for manufacturing enterprise collaborative innovation networks analysis, establishment of a more equitable distribution of benefits and mechanisms for the manufacturing enterprise collaborative innovation networks analysis and optimization studies, made recommendations for manufacturing co-run enterprise collaborative innovation networks have a theoretical significance.
