An Empirical Study On The Influence Mechanism Of Collaborative Innovation Network On Collaborative Innovation Performance

With the continuous deepening of global economic integration,the competitive market facing enterprises is becoming more and more complicated,and it also puts a test on the innovation ability of enterprises: the development of innovative technologies is faster and faster,and the phenomenon of technology integration is becoming more and more obvious.In the current market environment,the form of single enterprise operations is like a thin ice.Collaborative innovation,open innovation,and supply chain integration innovation among enterprises have become the new driving forces for the development of enterprise innovation.The relationship between the main bodies is also controlled by the original competition or unity.The model of cooperation has been transformed into a model of collaborative innovation among various subjects.As more and more collaborative innovation relationships between enterprises are determined,a collaborative innovation network composed of collaborative innovation relationships is formed step by step.How to improve the establishment of own innovation through collaborative innovation network and obtain high innovation performance has become an issue that enterprises pay more and more attention to.At the same time,more and more scholars have paid attention to this issue.Based on the above background,this article empirically studies the relationship between collaborative innovation network and collaborative innovation performance,and discusses the influence mechanism in the relationship between the two.Through literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper builds a theoretical model that takes collaborative innovation network as independent variable,collaborative innovation performance as dependent variable,meanwhile introduces external social capital of enterprise as intermediary variable,and strategic flexibility as moderating variable,and proposes relevant Assumptions.In this paper,the questionnaire survey method is used to collect data,a total of 208 questionnaires are collected,173 are valid,and then use spss24.0 and Amos24.0 to perform descriptive statistics,reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression on the collected data Analyze,verify the proposed hypothesis,and draw conclusions.Through empirical research results,we can find that collaborative innovation network has a positive impact on collaborative innovation performance.This paper measures the collaborative innovation network of an enterprise from three dimensions: collaborative innovation network scale,collaborative innovation network strength and collaborative innovation network opening degree.The empirical research results show that the collaborative innovation network scale,collaborative innovation network strength and collaborative innovation network opening All three dimensions have a significant positive effect on the collaborative innovation performance of an enterprise.Examining the intermediary effect,it is concluded that the external social capital plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the scale of collaborative innovation network,the strength of collaborative innovation network,the opening degree of collaborative innovation network and collaborative innovation performance.Regarding the test of adjustment effect,the empirical results show that strategic flexibility plays a positive and positive role between corporate collaborative innovation network and collaborative innovation performance.The existence of strategic flexibility can enable interactive agents to effectively adjust their own strategies to better conduct Collaborative Innovation.This paper is theoretically helpful to further improve the research on the influence mechanism between collaborative innovation network and collaborative innovation performance.At the same time,it also explores the positive effect of collaborative innovation network on external social capital through the verification of the intermediary role of external social capital.The significant role of capital in collaborative innovation performance.On the basis of researches that used external social capital as independent variables in the past,the corresponding research fields have been enriched.On the practical level,it helps enterprises to realize the important role of collaborative innovation network in collaborative innovation performance,helps enterprises strengthen their own collaborative network construction,and is conducive to promoting the acquisition of external social capital of enterprises.The continuous enrichment of development and external capital enhances the company's competitive advantage and improves innovation performance.
