Empirical Research On Impact Of Technological Innovation Strategy On Innovation Performance In View Of The Moderating Effect Of Organizational Structure Organicity

In an increasingly competitive, customer demands increasingly diverse market environment, technological innovation has become the lifeblood of enterprise survival and development. Organizational structure is the enterprise technological innovation activities' carrier, technological innovation is the methodology of technology innovation activities to improve the performance of the enterprise. Both will affect the performance of technological innovation. Firstly, the theory and research related to the the organizational structure organicity, technical innovation strategy and innovation performance were summarized, analyzed and summed, including the concepts and measurement of organizational structure; the concepts, models, strategies and performance of technological innovation; the relationship between organizational structure and innovation performance, the relationship between technological innovation strategy and innovation performance as well as the relationship between organizational structure and technological innovation strategy. Based on the object of the research, according to the logical link between theory and between the previous research. establishing a logical link between the concepts involved in research. Organizational structure organicity technical innovation strategy and technological innovation performance are included in a research system proposing the framework. According to the study framework and the existing theories, 10 study hypothesis of this paper are proposed. Secondly, in order to verify the proposed hypothesis, on the base of qualitative analysis to put forward theoretical assumptions, variables and questionnaire are designed. By questionnaire survey will study the problem quantitatively, collecting nearly 200 corporate data, then filtering and sorting the data.Again, using the hierarchical linear regression technique to establish the regression model, and the hypothesis are tested. Test results showed that: There are eight hypothesis received support,demonstrating the promotion of technological innovation strategy on technical innovation performance, as well as organizational structure organicity' moderating effect in the relationship above.Specific conclusions are: Union innovation can contribute significantly to innovation performance; Imitative innovation can significantly contribute to innovation performance; Independent innovation can significantly contribute to innovation performance; Centralization positive regulatory the relationship between Union innovation and innovation performance; Specialization positive regulate the relationship between imitative innovation and innovation performance, positive regulate the relationship between independent innovation and innovation performance; Normalization negatively regulates the relationship between imitation innovation and innovation performance, negatively regulates the relationship between independent innovation and performance negatively regulates between innovation and innovation performance Finally, the research findings were further analyzed and discussed.It's need to enhance the suitability between organizational structure and technical innovative strategies, and put forward valuable suggestions about technology innovation activities of enterprises.
