Faced with an increase in waste products on the market,leading to lack of resources and environmental degradation situation,“resource-production-consumption-abandonment” is gradually to the “resource-production-consumption-renewable resources” closed-loop mode of operation change.In dual drive of corporate social responsibility and interests,many companies have joined in the remanufacturing loop supply chain manufacturing operations,while many scholars have carried out research on the optimal pricing strategy of closed-loop supply chain.With the deepening of remanufacturing theoretical research and production practice,sustainable design early in remanufacturing has attracted increasing attention.If the life cycle of the end of the remanufacturing process is ignored at the time of initial production,then this will seriously increase the cost of remanufacturing business activities,and even remanufacturing activities will be difficult to carry out.To solve this problem,manufacturers need consider the feasibility of remanufacturing activities at the early stage of production,namely the sustainable design.On this basis,by methods of game theory,optimization theory and other mathematical analysis,this paper had a study on closed-loop supply chain differential pricing strategies under sustainable design.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)In the case of sustainable design,the differential price models of the closed-loop supply chain under manufacturer and dealer remanufacturing modes was established for a two-level closed-loop supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a dealer,and then the corresponding price strategies were obtained.Mainly aimed at sustainability efforts,its relationship was discussed with the optimal decision variables,product unit cost and sustainability efforts degree coefficient.The research results showed the influence of sustainability efforts to the optimal central parity,sale price and sales of new products and manufacturing products.The results also demonstrated the impact of product unit cost and sustainability efforts degree coefficient to sustainability efforts.And all the results were contrasted from different remanufacturing modes.(2)In the case of sustainable design,the differential price models of the closed-loop supply chain,which consists of a original manufacturer,a remanufacturer and a dealer,was established in competitive environment,and then the correspondingprice strategies were obtained.And this article is to compare optimal decision variables of the original manufacturer and the remanufacturer mainly aim at their commitment to sustainability,to discuss the relation between the commitment to sustainability and optimal decision variables,cost for per unit of product,coefficient of the commitment to sustainability.Our research has shown the size relation between optimal middle rate and optimal profit,argued the impact on the degree of optimal commitment to sustainability from the per-unit cost and the coefficient for commitment to sustainability of the original manufacturer,remanufacturer.The numerical simulation was made to verify the validity of the model and the correctness of the conclusions.At the same time,through the analysis of the results of the study,recommendations were made for the case of different remanufacturing modes and competitive environment.
