With the increasing depletion of natural resources and environmental deterioration, people have began to reflect on the disadvantages of present development pattern and study more clean and environmentally-friendly of economic development model. People's awareness of environmental protection is strengthened continuously, the western developed countries are doing more work in environmental legislation, establish the more stern environmental laws and regulations, and require companies to recycle and reuse waste products. Closed-loop supply chain is the emerging logistics management, is paid attention and researched by the government and scholars. Many well-known enterprises start to closed-loop supply chain as the development strategy system.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the price decision of closed-loop supply chain in the competing manufactures and monopolic retailer and closed-loop supply chain in the monopolic manufacture and competing retailers under cooperative game, manufacturer-stackelberg market, retailer-stackelberg market. The optimal product return price, wholesale price, retail price, manufacturer's profits, retailer's profit and total profits in the two market structures are analyzed and compared under the three market power. The results show:(1) In the competing manufacturers and monopolic retailer, the retail price is lowest under cooperative game. The return price is highest under cooperative game, so the return amount is with the return price. The wholesale price is highest under manufacturer-stackelberg market. The repurchase price is highest under retailer-stackelberg market. Consumers and the whole industries are benefiting from cooperative game. In non-cooperative game, it appears double marginalization.(2) In the monopolic manufacture and competing retailers, the retail price is lowest under cooperative game, highest under manufacturer-stackelberg market. The return price is highest under cooperative game, lowest under manufacturer-stackelberg market. The wholesale price is highest under manufacturer-stackelberg market. The repurchase price is highest under retailer-stackelberg market. Consumers and the whole industries are benefiting from cooperative game. In non-cooperative game, it also appears double marginalization.
