Research On The Contribution Of Agricultural Informatization For Economic Growth In Xinjiang

Informatization as a kind of new resource is widely used in various industries,its unique position makes the value of its special properties.Xinjiang is in the critical period of development and reform at present.In order to realize the transformation of regional resources to strong economic area,it will not be able to rely on its own unique resources alone to make agriculture create a new miracle of growth.It must change the inherent economic growth form and attach great importance to the important position of informatization in the economic growth.It is also closely related with the production and living of farmers at the same time,and the sustained growth of economy is badly in need of the use of information means to promote.In order to reflect the agricultural informatization in Xinjiang,This article firstly introduces the current situation of agricultural informatization in Xinjiang,and makes comparisons about its developing situation as well as its degree in national allover level;Secondly,calculating the level of agricultural informatization in Xinjiang through the porat's method;Thirdly,calculating the degree of economic contribution combined with the C-D model.The results show that,firstly,the overall level of agricultural informatization in Xinjiang is good;Secondly,the agricultural informatization in Xinjiang is growing rapidly that is calculated through the model;Thirdly,showing it is positively associated with the economic development.However,agricultural informatization in Xinjiang has many obstacles.These are the specific performances.Money is not enough and Information construction foundation is weak;The agricultural information talents is lacking;Farmers' cultural level is limited.Therefore,in order to make its contribution to the agricultural economic growth,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures from strengthening basic information infrastructure,improving farmers' information consciousness and cultivating professional talents,playing a role of informatization subject and other aspects.It also provides the reference for the development of agricultural economic construction in Xinjiang.
