In China, women has become an indispensable force,the development of rural can't do without the agricultural production contribution of the rural wome.So it is very helpful to resolve the problem of " farmers", improve incomes of women farmers,contribute to the harmonious development of the whole rural society that Focus on the survival and development of the group of vulnerable groups-rural women and giving them more investment of manpower capital.This paper realized rural women's accept vocational training status and expectation of the training through field survey. The survey found that there had a certain gap between the present stage of rural women accepted professional training and their expected by the vocational training, On the othere words, the supply and demand is Out of line.This research use SPSS17.0 statistical analysis tools to establish a logistic regression model to investigate data,to find out the influencing factors of rural women's participation in agricultural knowledge skills training will through analyz, The esearch results shows that the rural women's individual characteristics,(including age, the number of year of the education, personal income sources) and family economic characteristics(including source of household income and consumption) affect the participate the vocational training willing of the rural women; There has the conclusion through combining with a large number of economics, sociology and management theory and the analyze of willingness impact factors of participate in vocational training of rural women:(1) the different characteristics of the rural women have different requirements for training;(2) the rural women to participate in training will influenced by the social environment;(3) the training'effects will influence to participate in training again of rural women. In view of the research conclusion, this paper put forward the opinion from four aspects:the training content, social environment, support, training market and investment.The purpose is to improve rural women's participation in vocational training.
