A Study On Vocational Training Issues Of Migrant Workers Based On Jinyun Country Of Zhejing Province

Nowadays in the 21 st century,with the reformation of market economic system in our country,the development of agriculture modernization and urbanization is faster and faster.As a result,many farmers no longer engage in farming.These farmers became the focus of attention in academic circles and in our society.For they have a great influence on the good development of agriculture and rural economy,and also have a impact on the all-round development of labors.In the background of market economy,job-hunting should by self determination.Government plays the role as a maintainer of market order,proctor of farmers' interest,should set himself at the right position in the process of labors immigration.Based on the employment of farmers and vocational skills training,this study gathered related information of farms' employment status,then pointed out the problems and defects of the vocational skills training system that carried out by government for increasing farmers' employment and income.Firstly,the author gives definitions of migrant worker and skills training.The knowledge base of the paper is human capital theory,theory of lifelong education theory.Secondly,this study analyzes the status and defects of skills training courses carried out by government.Thirdly,based on the questionnaire,we get the information of farmers' status,what do they think of the training courses,and what do they want to get from the courses in the future.Fourthly,author sums up the experience of western developed countries.Fifthly,the study gives the suggestions of how to increase the quality of skill training courses.
