In the process of tourism development, extensive tourism development has become an important reason for the development of a region. In order to adapt to the more intense market competition, increasing the application of tourism technology, improving the utilization of existing resources, and improving the efficiency of organizational management has become an inevitable choice. Therefore, the study of tourism.efficiency is extremely important.Based on the results of previous studies, this paper analyzes and evaluates the relevant research efficiency of tourism literature and defines the related concepts starting from the basic theory.Firstly, constructing evaluation index system. This paper takes the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration as the research object, through analysis and comparison, combined with the characteristics of tourism development and Yangtze River Delta city group the specific circumstances, this paper select the units in urban fixed asset investment and the third industry employment, abundance of tourism resources, the actual use of foreign investment four input index, number of tourists, foreign exchange earnings from international tourism and domestic tourism income three output indicators and constructed evaluation index system.Secondly, static analysis. The comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the 30 cities in Yangtze River Delta are analyzed by using the data envelopment analysis method in detail. Results showed that although the Yangtze River Delta city group has been among the world-class city group, in the process of the development of urban tourism, most of the city tourism efficiency is low, and in different periods, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are different to the effect of comprehensive efficiency. In addition, through the analysis of Shanghai,13 cities of Jiangsu Province,11 cities of Zhejiang Province,5 cities of Anhui, we know In terms of comprehensive efficiency, Shanghai> Zhejiang Province> Jiangsu Province> in Anhui Province, values of Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province are lower than the Yangtze River Delta city group of average value every year, indicating that the key to improve the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration tourism comprehensive efficiency is improving the tourism efficiency of 11 cities of Jiangsu Province and 5 cities of Anhui province, these provinces and cities need adjustment in tourism input and output. In the pure technical rate of Tourism, Shanghai> Zhejiang Province> Anhui Province> in Jiangsu Province, and the pure technical rate of Tourism of Jiangsu is always lower than the average level of the Yangtze River Delta city group, so Jiangsu province need to pay attention to the investment of tourism technology, improve the utilization of resources, but except for two years in 2005 and 2010, the remaining seven years, Anhui Province tourism pure technical efficiency are lower than the average level of the Yangtze River Delta city group, it also need to pay attention to the improvement of pure technical efficiency. In terms of scale efficiency, Shanghai> Zhejiang> Jiangsu Province> Anhui Province, and the scale efficiency of Anhui province is always lower than the average, which shows that the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration should focus on improving the scale efficiency of the five cities of Anhui Province. Through the comparison of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration tourism comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency value, we can be found that the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration low tourism efficiency is mainly due to 11 cities of Jiangsu Province and 5 cities of Anhui Province Tourism efficiency are low, and the low efficiency of Jiangsu Province tourism is mainly due to low pure technical efficiency, That is, the level of the existing technology is not high or management is not scientific; and the low tourism efficiency of Anhui Province is mainly caused by the scale factor of the unreasonable tourism investment. So in order to improve the efficiency of the whole tourism, Yangtze River Delta city group should also focus on enhancing the efficiency of Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province tourism, promoting the Jiangsu Province and give full play to the utility of existing technology, improving scientific management process, controlling the investment scale of tourism resources in Anhui Province, in addition to pay attention to the development of individual cities; at the same time, we need to promote new products and new technology application, implement the tourism industry scale and the network management, and promote cooperation between the inner region, give full play to the leading role of the Shanghai city and Zhejiang Province.Thirdly, dynamic analysis. The dynamic analysis of the total factor productivity change of the panel data in 2005-2013 was made by using the Malmquist index. The results show that the Yangtze River Delta city group tourism efficiency generally is growth in the state, which is comprehensive efficiency and technology change the results, and different period has different main influence factors. From the angle of regional, three provinces and one city of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, total factor productivity in Anhui Province> Zhejiang Province> Jiangsu Province>Shanghai, and the total factor productivity of Jiangsu and Shanghai are lower than the average level of the Yangtze River Delta city group. The tourism total factor productivity of all provinces and cities showed a growth trend, Shanghai, Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province changes in a small range 1-1.3 floating, indicating that these provinces and cities in the tourism industry in a steady state of development, While Anhui Province, there is a large fluctuation, there is a clear high peak and low peak, The total factor productivity of Shanghai city is the smallest, and the improvement of tourism efficiency is mainly due to the technological progress. In Jiangsu province and Zhejiang Province, the tourism efficiency is improved from the comprehensive efficiency and technical progress. Meanwhile, in addition to Anhui province, the other provinces and city in the Yangtze River Delta, the overall efficiency change index in 2005-2013 is not large, but 2009-2010 All-factor productivity in the three provinces and one city, the overall efficiency change index, technology progress change index almost reached the maximum value, indicating that after the 2008 economic crisis, provinces have attached great importance to the development of tourism. So in the process of enhancing the efficiency of tourism, Yangtze River Delta city group should actively promote technological progress and efficiency to maintain steady growth, and at the same time, improve the ability of organization and management performance and resource allocation, implementation of interaction between government and enterprises, innovation of tourism planning development ideas, and comprehensively improve the talent quality.Finally, the research conclusions are summarized, and the innovations and deficiencies of this paper are analyzed, and the future research directions are prospected. |
