Research On The Mixed Cooperative Mode Of Alibaba Platform Leadership And User Venture

With the development of the Internet economy,the advancement of technology and the increasing diversification of consumer demand, foreign leaders have realized that it is difficult to meet consumer demand only relying on its own power. So many platform leadership choose to open platform, taking advantage of innovative ideas and products from a wide range of entrepreneurs to meet market demand, and at last they success. Open innovation, user collaborative innovation has become a new way for abroad platform leadership to gain competitive advantage. However, in domestic there is not enough attention on opening the platform to implement the joint development with user. Meanwhile it is still lack of open innovation mechanisms and users don't embed deeply, which will become the obstacle of platform to expand cyberspace. Then platform leaders will also trap into conformism development dilemma. All this will lead to platform leadership unable to meet the increasingly diverse needs of customers. With the increasingly prominent of users' commercial value and the development of users venture, very few scholars analyze the sustainable development of platform leadership from user embedding platform and users cooperative venture. For this reason, if the platform leadership know how to promote sustainable development through user collaborative entrepreneurs, it is not only the needs to crack real dilemma of enterprise, but also the need to promote theoretical innovation and development. Building this synergistic relationship is not theoretically nothing and the current practice of joint development of Alibaba and user venture has been able to give a lot of reference. But Why Alibaba choose collaborative development with entrepreneurship users, how to achieve the joint development, as well as whether generate "1+1> 2" synergy or not, these issues need to be studied to verify.Owing to these reasons, in this paper, choose the mixed cooperative mode of Alibaba platform leadership and entrepreneurial user as topic. According to the theory of economics and co-motivation, analyze this mixed cooperative mode. Then, analyze Alibaba platform leadership how to deal with problems under this mixed mode to operate it smoothly. Next, research synergies based on financial perspective and non-financial perspective. Finally I will make relevant recommendations based on the above analysis to perfect and develop the mixed cooperative mode. Researching on the successful operation of the hybrid model and synergy of Alibaba not only has a certain guidance and reference to choose open platform to achieve collaborative innovation with users on other platforms,but also make up for the blank of domestic study on this synergistic relationship.
