The Operation Mode And Growth Procession Of Dalian Venture Workshop

At the 2015 executive meetings of the state council,the premier LIKEQIANG expressed to support the measures of genesis-space for building new platform for entrepreneurial innovation.As a private and diversified business service platform,DALIAN entrepreneurship workshop presents a real case for understanding national policy.The case analysis of entrepreneurship workshops makes more sense in developing marked-oriented?integrated and networking genesis-space in other area.I will introduce the background ? development path ? and operation model of some entrepreneurship workshops which is designed to provide service for elite entrepreneurs.With“soft-hard ware and media”polymorphic business service mode,we will structure an eco business community with evolutionary?sustainable development.In spite of introducing its achievement in a few years,I also present an objective account of the problems in the operation of Venture workshops.The second chapter focuses on the operational status of the Venture workshops at the present stage.First,I try to analyze if the orientation of Venture workshops meet the market demand of private incubators,if its incubating power?the ability to integrate resources will be accorded with planning concept.Secondly,I briefly analyze the demand groups ? the role-orientation of government and the feasibility of Venture workshops.On the next part I analyze the project-selection mode?investment and financing mode?talent-acquisition mode and the service of whole chain.At last,by analyzing the problems that the Venture workshops will meet in the process of development,I propose come measures.The real case in this thesis reflects the developmental status?problems and reasons of domestic private incubators by a specific case.I wish my paper will be a good example for carrying out the genesis-space policy and provide more ideas for developing multiple private incubators.
