Science popularization refers to the spreading of scientific knowledge in the public, it can be understand as spreading the natural science, social science knowledge, scientific thought and promoting the scientific spirit, advocating the scientific method in a way that public easy to understand, accept and in a way that people can participate in easily. In June 2002, the "law of the People's Republic of China of science and technology popularization" was promulgated. This is the first law about popularization of science in the world. Even so, the development of science popularization is still backward in China.
