The Research On The Inclusive Finance And The Economic Growth Of Wuling Mountain Area

How to build an inclusive financial system and promote the economic growth in the contiguous poor areas, is an important task we are facing.What is the influence mechanism between inclusive finance and economic growth is also need to be studied from the theoretical framework. Therefore, there is an important academic value and practical significance in the research on the relationship between the Inclusive Finance and economic growth in contiguous poor areas.Based on the reviews of the foreign and domestic research on he Inclusive Finance and economic growth, the anthor points out that Inclusive Finance is committed to scattered microfinance services, micro finance institutions together organically, which are not a special financial system or even an marginalized part of financial system any more. But the financial inclusion is not equal to the financial poverty alleviation, because the financial inclusion pay attention to not only the social benefit and economic benefit,and should achieve to financial sustainable.Inclusive finance can promotes economic growth through improving the efficiency of resource allocation by expand financial width, also can reduces the cost of entrepreneurs behavior of the poor man, so as to promote entrepreneurship, and promote economic growth.In this paper, the author analyses the inclusive finance development status of the Wuling mountain area qualitatively and quantitatively through the investigation and questionnaire survey, and construct a more complete "inclusive financial index". And from the financial breadth perspective, the author builds a Inclusive Finance, entrepreneurship and economic growth model based on the modified Bianchi model. Meanwhile, carries out an empirical test by using the survey data and statistical data.The results verify the conclusion of the theoretical model:The development of Inclusive Finance in Wuling mountain area can increase the proportion of entrepreneurs of Wuling mountain area effectively. However, because lack of equity investment in Wuling mountain area, the available funds is obtained by the contract, so the entrepreneur’s behavior did not change the mode of development, also did not become the source of economic growth. On the basis of this, put forward the policy suggestions to promote the development of inclusive financial in Wuling mountain area.
