Financial Development Scale, Industrial Structure Upgrade And Economic Growth Of Hunan Wuling Mountain Area

Financial development, industrial structure and economic development are closely linked, this paper in Hunan Wuling Mountain Area as the research object, using panel vector auto regression model, Dynamic Empirical Research on Hunan Wuling mountain area financial development between scale, the upgrading of the industrial structure and economic growth relationship. Finally put forward some suggestions to the relationship between both the Wuling mountain area of financial development, industrial structure and economic growth. From the point of view of theory, at present, there are not many research for destitute of regional financial development, industrial structure and economic growth, this study will deepen the destitute of regional financial development, industrial structure and economic growth research. From the point of view of reality, which is not only Hunan response to the appeal of the Party Central Committee in 2020 to achieve comprehensive poverty reduction task is a key ring, which also Hunan Wuling mountain area of the full realization of well-off society of great significance.The results of the study show that: for financial development, 2002 to 2014 Hunan Wuling mountain area and sub area financial scale showed a fluctuating trend, sub area financial scale mean maximum area is Xiangxi area, mean minimum is Changde area. Financial scale discrete degree of the largest sub area is the area in the west of Hunan Province, the financial scale discrete degree of the smallest sub area is Changde area; 2002 years to 2014 Hunan Wuling mountain area and sub area financial efficiency change trend is on a downward trend, sub area in financial efficiency of the largest average area is Xiangxi area, mean minimum is Yiyang area, the financial efficiency of the discrete degree of the largest sub area is area of Western Hunan, the financial efficiency of the discrete degree of the smallest sub area is Shaoyang area. In view of the industrial structure, Hunan Wuling mountain area and sub area in 2002 to 2014 the proportion of the first industry trends showed a downward trend year by year. Sub area of the largest proportion of the first industry is the largest area of Changde area, the smallest is the Loudi area. The proportion of the first industry discrete degree of the largest sub area is the area of Zhangjiajie, the discrete degree of the smallest sub area is Loudi area, Hunan Wuling mountain area and sub area in 2002 to 2014 second industry proportion change trend showed a downward trend in volatility, the sub area in the proportion of secondary industry mean the largest area is Loudi area, mean minimum is Zhangjiajie area. The proportion of secondary industry discrete degree of the largest sub area is Loudi area, the discrete degree of the smallest sub area is Zhangjiajie area; Hunan Wuling mountain area and sub area in 2002 to 2014 the tertiary industry proportion change trend showed a rising trend year by year, the area mean proportion of the third industry the largest area is area of Zhangjiajie, the mean minimum is Changde area. The largest proportion of the third industry is the largest sub area of Huaihua area, the smallest of the third industry is the smallest sub area of Loudi area.Through empirical study we find that: expand the scale of financial development in Hunan Wuling mountain area and promote the growth of the economy of Hunan Wuling mountain area. But this kind of promoting role in the 1st period after gradually weakened, and in the May issue of turn a negative influence; and Wuling Mountain Area industrial structure upgrade will hinder Hunan Wuling mountain area economic growth; the scale of financial development in Hunan Wuling mountain area of expansion can effectively promote the upgrading of the industrial structure.
