With the continuous growth of China's economy and society,the upstream and downstream industrial chain of real estate is getting bigger and bigger,and the influence and driving effect of the real estate industry on other industries is also growing.However,while the real estate industry has made great achievements,relevant economic,social and ecological problems have become more and more exposed.For example,the unreasonable structure of housing supply and demand,rough development and construction,reduction of available land,destruction of ecological environment,etc.It has become a hindrance to the development of the real estate industry and has a tremendous impact on the healthy and stable development of the national economy.Maintaining the sustainable and healthy development of the real estate industry can better improve the quality of life of residents,maintain social stability and harmony,and promote the healthy growth of the national economy.Based on this,this paper starts research on the sustainable development of the real estate industry,taking Shenyang City as an example.First of all,the thesis studies and analyzes the development status of real estate industry in Shenyang.Starting from the aspects of real estate development investment,sales area,construction area and inventory,the paper analyzes the development of Shenyang real estate industry and refers to the problems in the emergence stage.Secondly,on the one hand,through the collection and summary of the research results,and the specific situation of the development of real estate industry in Shenyang,the sustainable development evaluation index system is constructed,and the principal components are applied from three aspects:development degree,coordination degree and crisis degree.The analysis method is used to study the weight of the comprehensive evaluation index by entropy method,calculate the comprehensive evaluation score and use the criteria to divide the evaluation interval to analyze the sustainable development level of Shenyang real estate industry;on the other hand,in the case of limited real estate development resources,Real estate development market land and capital matching degree,relying on Anylogic simulation modeling platform to build a real estate development market land and capital factor matching model,and real estate development market land and capital resources matching model simulation optimization experiment to achieve real estate development The lowest cost land and capital matching target.Finally,the comprehensive research results of the sustainable development evaluation index sy stem and the factor matching simulation model provide rationalization suggestions for the sustainable development of Sheny ang real estate industry.According to the above research,firstly,it is concluded that the sustainable development level of Shenyang real estate industry in 2010-2018 is divided into stable development stage(2010-2013),fluctuation stage(2023-2015).and recovery stage(2016-2018).Secondly,for the sustainable development of Shenyang real estate industry,it puts forward suggestions for optimizing the industrial structure of real estate industry,improving the utilization rate of land resources,implementing the sustainable development concept and constructing a long-term mechanism for real estate industry.Third,from the level of factor matching On the sustainable development of Shenyang real estate industry,the proposal of the government and developers to coordinate the refined operation of resources is proposed.
