In an increasingly competitive environment,enterprises are not only faced the challenge of economic globalization in China,also faced domestic transformation of our economic structure.While innovation is the ideal choice in order to gain competitive advantages under the threats and opportunities.This article studies customer collaborative product innovation and builds the core competitiveness of enterprises based on it in the case of the innovation capability of Chinese enterprises is relatively weak.Based on reading large literatures,this paper has cleared the enterprise core competence and customer collaborative innovation of concept,features and effects factors,and found the correlation of Enterprise core competitiveness and customer collaborative product innovation.Based on this,we establishes an index system of influence customer collaborative product innovation,and detailed analysis why these factors are selected,and what is the relationship between these factors and customer collaborative product innovation and enterprise core competitiveness.Then,we introduce how to use grey hierarchy evaluation method to determine index weight and the influence of different level factors influence degree of the target layer combined with concrete example,the core competitiveness of a specific enterprise for comprehensive evaluation.Finally,based on customer collaborative product innovation are put forward the measures for cultivating the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper researches on the building of enterprise core competence based on customer collaborative product innovation,studies its inner link and promote transformation of both,put a new way to innovate and through this way enable to provide effective path for the building of enterprise's core competitiveness.
