Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy,the contribution to the growth of the economy with tremendous force.Along with the deepening of the reform and opening up,China's construction industry development also has made a long-term progress,development speed and scale rising,for the sustainable development of national economy in our country into a powerful spring.In today's knowledge economy high speed development,network competition and cooperation become the theme of economic development.Enterprise is not only exist separate individual,for the development of building enterprise synergy innovation network brought a broader platform and opportunity.Based on the theory of collaborative innovation network,intellectual capital and core competence,this paper explores and studies the relationship and mechanism of collaborative innovation network and core competence.By consulting the theoretical literature and combining with the characteristics of the construction industry,the relevant assumptions are put forward,and the model of the core competitiveness index system of the construction enterprises is established.The structural equation model is used as the theoretical support and tested by the software AMOS23.0.According to the analysis of the relevant data of the model fitting results,the indicators outside the standard range are eliminated,and a new round of model verification is obtained.Then the support vector machine(SVM)is used to construct the support vector machine evaluation model,and it is applied in the empirical research.Finally,this evaluation model is used to evaluate the core competitiveness of 40 construction enterprises in Hebei area.The classification is classified and the results are analyzed.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to cultivate and enhance the competitive advantage of construction enterprises.
