Research On Photovoltaic Industry Cluster Supply Chain In Zhejiang Province

With the increase of global energy demand and the rising of public concern about environmental protection, the development and utilization of renewable energy has become an effective way to obtain energy and protect environment. As an effective carrier of regional economic development and the paradigm of management organization, industrial cluster and supply chain management are gradually becoming the key to the development of regional economic entities and enterprises. Zhejiang is one of the first province to develop solar power industry, and the photovoltaic industry has been moving fast. Through the analysis of the current situation of the development of Zhejiang Province the photovoltaic industry cluster supply chain, this paper finds out the problems existing in the process of its development and puts forward the corresponding measures, so as to promote the sustainable development of photovoltaic industry in Zhejiang Province.This paper makes a research of the facility planning of the development of photovoltaic industry cluster supply chain in Zhejiang province based on the relevant theory of industrial cluster and cluster supply chain. Based on the state of development status of photovoltaic industry cluster in Zhejiang Province, this paper points out that there are four main problems: photovoltaic industry cluster positioning in Zhejiang Province is not clear and the overall competitive advantage is not obvious; photovoltaic industry cluster agglomeration degree is low and there is large expanding range; The independent inno vation capability of photovoltaic industry cluster supply chain is insufficient; the development environment of photovoltaic industry cluster supply chain needs to be optimized. Based on the analysis of the causes of existing problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward as follow: plan the overall development of the photovoltaic industry strategy, clear positioning of industrial clusters, and form competitive advantages of industrial clusters; promote photovoltaic industry cluster supply chain upgrade, and impro ve the level of photovoltaic industry agglomeration; encourage photovoltaic enterprises to carry out technological innovation, accelerate the development of photovoltaic industry with the help of new and high technology; improve the photovoltaic industry cluster development environment and provide quality services. Finally, take Jiaxing as an example, analyze the de velopment status of Jiaxing photovoltaic industry cluster supply chain, and put forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions: increase fiscal policy support on product of photovoltaic industry upstream enterprises; introduce in well-known enterprises; enlarges financing dynamics to polysilicon purification project; encourage enterprises in the upper reaches of Jiaxing photovoltaic industry to independent innovation.There are two points of innovation in this paper: for the first time, the theory of the cluster supply chain is applied in research of the development of photovoltaic industry in Zhejiang Province; development level evaluation index system of Zhejiang Province photovoltaic industry cluster supply chain is established, and this paper realize the objective evaluation of Zhejiang Province photovoltaic industry cluster supply chain de velopment level; to photovoltaic industry in Zhejiang Province as the research object.
