Construction Of The Ship Industrial Cluster Based On The Idea Of The Supply Chain

The 21st century is a century of marine, and various marine-related industries develop rapidly. Shipbuilding industry, as one of the most important pillars in economic development, receives more and more attention. The current study of shipbuilding industry is mostly from two aspects: macro and micro perspective. The former study mainly focuses on the relationship between the industrial clusters of shipbuilding and national economy; the later one chiefly on the management and technology of shipbuilding enterprises, in which the supply chain of shipbuilding, is an important part. But the present study seldom combines the macro and the micro together to make the two achieve effective integration and positive interaction. In fact, there are many links in the macro industrial clusters and the micro enterprises. In order to come up with new and constructive proposals to the development of shipbuilding industry, this article will connect the management of the micro supply chain and the macro industrial clusters to further study.In this paper, at first the author will analyze the supply chain of the shipbuilding enterprises, sum up their characteristics and critical links, and then study the connotations and features of the ship industry cluster; at last, through a comparative analysis, give the direct correlation, puts forward suggestions to build the industrial clusters with the ideas of supply chain, and conducts a systematic analysis and demonstration. Finally, taking Liaoning Province, the big base of shipbuilding, for example, the author will make use of the theory of supply chain management and industrial clusters of shipbuilding to advance some proposals and suggestions about how to build an industrial cluster of shipbuilding in Liaoning Province. And also through this research, the author hopes to provide new theory and supporting ideas to the development of industrial clusters of shipbuilding in some other areas in China.
