This paper based on the survey data of Jiangxi Province, using cross tables and logit model to analyze the influence factors of willingness about the Jiangxi Province rural labor transfer. Under the same macroscopic economic background and policy system of individual endowment,the family factors of rural labor in Jiangxi Province inter provincial transfer of decision model is established.The study found that in the rural areas of Jiangxi Province Survey of migrant workers in the province, the number is much higher than the number of migrant workers in the province. Influence coefficient is-0.337, suggesting that the rural migrant workers age bigger and more inclined to stay, workers, age is increasingly willing to foreign workers in the province. Total working age variable coefficient is 0.094, suggesting that the total working period longer, rural labor interprovincial transfer will more intense. Actual cultivation area variable coefficient is 0.042, the coefficient is positive, which illustrate practical farming area is large, the interprovincial transfer will more strongly.At present, Jiangxi province is in a period of development opportunities.
