| Since the foreign scholars put forward the "bullwhip effect" in the 1960 s to try to adopt the way of information sharing to solve the "bullwhip effect" in the 1990 s,the domestic scholars has been open branch leaf in this field.Clearly, supply chain management translates from the traditional focus on production and inventory into today’s information flow、logistics、capital.Logistics、capital flow these one-way flow is often limited by the two-way flow, combined with the rapid development of modern electronic information technology,supply chain enterprises participate in the global competition in the form of a whole supply chain.In such a high information-based society,the domestic scholars spare no effort to explore how to solve the "bullwhip effect" produced by the uncertain information,but it is impossible to completely eliminate the "bullwhip effect", the modern research results show that the kind of uncertainty can be decreased.On the one hand,information sharing can promote integration process of each node enterprise in supply chain, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain;On the other hand, the increasingly incentive global competitive environment has forced companies combined into a whole to enhance efficiency as well as to strengthen the security and as a result,we need information sharing this link to achieve a goal.Some scholars believe that the information sharing can not improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain,but most scholars believe that information sharing can improvethe overall efficiency of the supply chain,they only does not give quantitative indicators of how much effects can be improved.Starting from the above reasons,this paper constructs a two-stagesupply chain model with one supplier and one retailer.In this model,from the perspective of retailers、suppliers and overall supply chainrespectively,this paper obtains that information sharing can effectively improve the profit of supply chain and its individual members. Therefore, information sharing should be promotedat all members of the supply chain.After obtaining the total value of information sharing,this paper designs the model and example of various risk factorsto discuss how to fairly and efficiently allocate this value, because the rational and effective allocation of the value is also a means to incentive information sharing.Information sharing has great significanceon modern supply chain management,but it has great resistancein the implementation process.On how to encourage enterprises to actively share their private information,this paper build positive and negative incentive model based on game behaviorand principal- agent behavior of information sharing.In the process,the whole supply chain will bear the cost of compensation for companies to share information,rather than the downstream firms compensate the upstream enterprises,such compensation is mutual, the downstream enterprises should also compensate the upstream companies,which gets rid of the idea that in the secondary or tertiary supply chain,the manufacturer always makes compensation in the conventional case.In the designing of incentives,sincethe theory can not be quantified, this paper puts forward that the enterprises in the supply chain should encourage each otherfrom a theoretical point of view,combined with China’s national conditions,this paper also proposes incentives for individuals to further improve the the overall environment of information sharing. |
