With the continuous development of global economy,the uncertainty of the external market environment is increasingly outstanding,now small and medium-sized enterprises will face more intense market competition,short life cycle of product design,to produce customized requirement is high,the product demand diversity,and because of the changing of market make many companies need to face many uncertainties,The demand for market responsiveness and cost competition are also becoming increasingly apparent.In such a fierce market competition environment,enterprises must quickly adapt to customer diversification,personalized requirements at the same time reduce the design cost,in order to improve the market competitiveness.In the field of semiconductor and display applications,AMOLED(Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode)technology is mainly led by S Corporation of Korea.Due to the industrial technical barriers and fierce market competition,It is a common phenomenon that domestic AMOLED screen manufacturers incur huge r&d costs in the development of new products and technologies due to the uncertainty of external market and internal enterprises.Based on the survival and competition environment of AMOLED manufacturing enterprises,this paper analyzes the relevant problems in the production and operation process of C Company,and expounds the impact of changes in the internal and external environment on its production management from the aspects of customer demand,product design,technological process,supply chain and organizational structure.The production status of C company is analyzed and related theories of flexible production are combined to improve the flexibility of the enterprise: product roadmap combined with flexible equipment layout is used to increase the flexibility of products;Using multi-scheme design and iterative incremental method to strengthen multi-frequency effective communication with customers to increase design flexibility;Using the limit verification of process conditions combined with intelligent manufacturing to increase the flexibility of process flow;By signing flexible contracts with partners and combining flexible inventory management to increase the flexibility of enterprises in the supply chain;Management by objectives combined with the application of enterprise internal mixed organization to increase the flexibility of organizational structure.Through application on the basis of intelligent manufacturing,flexible production strategy,enhance the C company in the process of new technology development and production for a variety of uncertainty of flexibility,so as to further explore the AMOLED manufacture and so on a high and new technology enterprise in manufacturing the flexible production mode,improve enterprise facing internal and external environment changes of flexible,Lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.
