In the 21 st century, the enterprise's competition is talented person's competition, the core resource of the enterprise is no longer the land, machines and capital, but human resource, human capital stock and potential determines the internal core competitiveness of the enterprise, the enterprise staff is the success or failure of corporate competition is one of the most important factors. For our high-tech enterprises, the strength of the company owns the human capital directly determines the survival and development of high-tech enterprises, especially in the enterprise core staff, they hold the core technology of the enterprise, has a wealth of management experience, they have the characteristics of high scarcity and high value, so to retain and motivate core employees, plays an important role in the development of high-tech enterprises. But the traditional incentive mode of the core staff incentive effect is getting worse, and cannot be sustained, or even counterproductive, traditional salary system has been unable to support the construction of modern high-tech enterprise core staff and team. To meet the core staff of high-tech enterprises is not very good, resulting in a huge loss of key employees, seriously affecting the construction of R & D team of high-tech enterprises.Based on the above research background, and studied at home and abroad based on, this paper to economic increased value(EVA) as the angle of view to study the high-tech enterprise core employee salary incentive mechanism problem, and construct a incentive mechanism based on EVA high-tech enterprise core employee compensation, hope to the high-tech enterprise of our country establish a scientific, reasonable salary incentive mechanism to provide some help, also hope to be able to do some supplement to the existing core staff salary incentive theory, provide a theoretical basis in encouraging for our company pay practices.The theme of this paper is: from the perspective of compensation incentive to improve the working enthusiasm of core employees in high-tech enterprises, to promote the sustainable development of the company. Around this theme, based on the definition of the concept, characteristic of core employees in high-tech enterprises and high-tech enterprises in, and analysis of EVA in the salary incentive mechanism in the application and effect of high-tech enterprise core employee salary incentive factors. At last, the design of compensation based on EVA high tech enterprise core employees incentive mechanism. In this paper, the combination of theoretical research and case analysis of research and writing, is divided into 6 parts, the concrete structure is as follows:The first part of the introduction. The background, purpose and significance of the topic in the introduction are introduced, the research situation at home and abroad to determine the research contents, ideas, methods and routes, difficulty and innovation of the research.The second part is related theory. Through literature review and analysis, the concepts and features of the core staff, high-tech enterprises and so on the definition of reasonable, on the compensation theory, incentive theory and human capital theory is introduced and is designed for our high-tech enterprise core staff salary incentive mechanism and provide a theoretical basis.The third part is analyzes the applicability of EVA in salary incentive. The defects of traditional compensation incentive mechanism are analyzed, discussed the effect of EVA on modern incentive and a new method to realize the goal of salary.The fourth part, the design of the salary incentive mechanism of the core staff of the high-tech enterprise based on EVA. According to the core staff of high-tech enterprises are divided into senior management and core technology R & D personnel, respectively, designed a senior management salary incentive mechanism and the core technology R & D personnel salary incentive mechanism.The fifth part, the application of the salary incentive mechanism of the core staff of the high-tech enterprise based on EVA. In this paper, of M company, general manager of the application of EVA pay incentives, through to the fifth part of the high-tech enterprise core staff salary incentive mechanism design of case analysis is given based on the implementation of the recommendations of the EVA incentive mechanism.The sixth part, research conclusions and suggestions for further research. The main contents and conclusions of this study are summarized, and some suggestions for further research are put forward.
