| Ecological suitability evaluation based on the urban development area as the main vein, the analysis of the urban land ecological suitability evaluation at home and abroad on the basis of relevant theories and methods and research results, and discusses the urban development area of ecological suitability evaluation index system, evaluation model and evaluation method with GIS platform support, finally summarized for town development area and the basic methods of ecological suitability evaluation; Method, based on the summarized in suiyang county as an example to ecological suitability assessment of county development zone, and use the evaluation result, optimize the suiyang county city development adjustment. In this paper, the following main conclusions:(1)Constructed suiyang county land suitability evaluation index system. Combined with the actual situation in Suiyang County, use Delphi method to screen the natural factors (terrain factors:elevation and slope; water factor:rivers and lakes and reservoirs; vegetation factor), social and economic factors (urban attraction factor: urban district and township built-up area; traffic line factor:Road Network) and limiting factor (basic farmland, nature conservation area and highway) indicators;(2) The ecological suitability classification of land use in Suiyang county. By superposition analysis method, the Suiyang County expanding the land ecological suitable grade specific classified as six levels, based on ArcGIS software, make Suiyang County 2013 land ecological suitable grade distribution graph, the county has a total area of 267837hm2, the expand ecological land suitable evaluation grade for the "most appropriate" level area for 16688hm2, accounted for the total area of 6.23%; "appropriate" level area for 13478hm2, accounted for about 5.03% of the total area; "suitable" grade area 16261hm2, about accounted for 6.07% of the total area; "unsuitable" grade area 136651hm2, accounting for 51.02% of the total area; "very inappropriate" grade area 82071 hm2, accounting for a total area of 30.64%; "not available" grade area 2688 hm2, accounting for about 1.00% of the total area. Suiyang County is not suitable for grade area accounted for the largest proportion, it is not suitable for grade area to the total area, taken together accounted for the land area of the proportion for 81.66%.(3) The development strategy of Suiyang county is put forward. In view of the distribution of ecological suitability of land use in Suiyang County, the corresponding suggestions and measures for land protection and utilization in Suiyang county were put forward. Suiyang County has extension area and suitable extension area accounted for 46427hm2 17.33% of the total area, take the protection, utilization, supplemented by the development countermeasure, protect the local ecological environment, strict control of construction projects occupy and impose this type of land; Suiyang County extension area 218722 hm2, accounts for 81.67% of the total area, strictly protect the development of countermeasures, and strictly control the development direction of development, maintain area of forest and farmland gross is balanced. Production projects shall not levy high-grade protected woodlands and cultivated land occupancy, for the phenomenon of illegal occupation and without official approval to take punitive measures. The social public welfare project in principle can use woodland and farmland, but must be must be reported to the provincial forestry department or the provincial land office, for temporary occupation, to take appropriate measures to restore production conditions of woodland and farmland; Suiyang County ban extension area of 2688 hm2, take to prohibit the use of, strict protection countermeasures for the development of, demarcation of land utilization ecological red line, red line within the prohibition of land development and utilization. For social welfare projects must be accounted for the extension area of land, must be reported to the Ministry of land, to be able to use. |
