| With the increasing of the population, the problem of the per capita arable land area and the quality of the farmland declining continuously is getting more and more prominent, and the agricultural land consolidation project has become an inevitable choice to solve the land problem. However, the unreasonable land consolidation planning, inappropriate land management approach, methods and technical measures are most likely to have a negative impact on the ecological environment. So, carrying on ecological environmental impact assessment study for land consolidation project has a great significance, which not only can provide decision support for feasibility studies, but also can avoid serious ecological environmental problems. At present, the theories and methods for ecological environmental impact assessment of land consolidation project have not been standardized and systematic. In this paper, on the basis of drawing the research results from the soil and water conservation engineering, irrigation engineering, farmland protection forest engineering, road engineering and soil improvement engineering, through studying the land consolidation project of Kaiyuan basic farmland protection areas, the impact of the project on the ecological environment during its construction period and operation period were analyzed systematically. Secondly, the matrix method was used to identify the environmental impact factors, the evaluation factors which have a greater impact on the ecological environment were found and the ecological environment impact assessment index system of the land consolidation project was established. Finally, the Analytic Hierarchy Process method was used to determine the weights of the evaluation indexes, and the composite index method, the ecological footprint method and the ecosystem service value theory were adopted to quantitatively evaluate the environmental impact of the land consolidation project from different angles. The evaluation results show that the implementation of Kaiyuan basic farmland land consolidation project can improve the ecological environment, improve the quality of cultivated land, increase the yields of farmland and promote the ecological, social and economic to develop healthily. Therefore, the project is scientific and feasible. |
