| As the fundamental of human existence and life,land is a very precious resource,which is closely related to people's life and national food security.At present,China still faces the serious situation of increasing population and limited arable land resources.In order to alleviate the contradiction between human and land,adjusting land use structure,improving the quality of cultivated land and making the most of the land are the ways for land consolidation throughout the country.The reasonable adjustment and distribution of land consolidation activities are clear of consolidation suitability evaluation in the direction,which provides scientific basis for the planning and implementation of land consolidation.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the suitability of land consolidation.In this paper,through sorting out the relevant theories and methods of consolidation suitability evaluation at home and abroad,basing on the current situation of land consolidation suitability evaluation,taking the land consolidation project in Qiaolong Township of Nanchong city as the research object,and combined with expert opinion,The terrain slope,effective soil thickness,surface rock outcrop,irrigation conditions,drainage conditions,road accessibility,land use coefficient and land economic coefficient are used for the eight indicators related to land consolidation suitability evaluation.The evaluation criteria are established by the FAO's evaluation guidelines,and a synthetic evaluation model is constructed.The evaluation unit is divided by GIS platform,and the weight of each evaluation index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process:The terrain slope is 0.3203;the thickness of the plough layer is 0.1345;the surface rock outcrop is 0.0848;the irrigation condition is 0.0882;the drainage condition is 0.0485;the road condition is0.1603;the land use coefficient is 0.0545and the land economic coefficient is 0.1089.Through the analysis of each evaluation index,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluate that suitability of the land consolidation project in Qiaolong Township by MATLAB.The evaluation results are divided into four grades,which are suitable for sorting,appropriate for sorting,basic and unsuitable.On the basis of the analysis of the hierarchical area,some suggestions on land consolidation are put forward.The evaluation results show that the cultivated area of the land consolidation project in the qiaolong township is 488.94hm~2,the suitable cultivated land area is less than before,which is 18.77hm~2,accounting for 3.84%of the cultivated land in the project area.It is mainly distributed in Longqiao village,Liujiagou village and the Erguangou village,of which 97.07%is paddy field and 2.93%is dry land.It is mainly relate to that topography of the research area.The consolidation measures mainly implemented in this part of cultivated land include sorting fields out,further improving the field layout and merging scattered plots,lowing the ridge coefficient and increasing the area of arable land,enriching the soil fertility,improving soil,and increasing food production.For areas where cultivated land facilities are weak,irrigation projects such as arterial trunk roads and canal treatment shall be remediation.The appropriate area of arable land is 248.26hm~2,which accounts for 50.78%of the total area of arable land.It mainly distributed in the Neichenggou village,Yanglong miao village,the north of Liujiagou village and the east of Longqiao village,83.64%of the cultivated land is dry land,and 16.36%are paddy fields.This part of cultivated land is mainly used for grid consolidation,land leveling and slope upgrading,harden the main street,increasing the convenience of farming,and improving the irrigation and drainage system.The basic suitable area of arable land is 248.26hm~2,which is38.56 percent of the cultivated land.It mainly distributed in that central and eastern part of the Erguangou villages,in the western and southern part of the Yangmingan village,in the south of Liujiagou village and the west of Longqiao village,93.53%of the arable land for dry land,6.47%of the cultivated land for paddy field.It is preferred a relatively low slope with the land for basic production facilities to be sorted out.Part of the farmland is temporarily not renovated with large grade,poor grade and high collation cost.The cultivated land area which is not suitable for collation is 33.36hm~2,accounting for 6.82%of all cultivated land.It mainly distributed in the north of yangmingan village,the western part of Longqiao village and the eastern part of Liujiagou village,99.76%of arable land for dry land,0.24%of the cultivated land for paddy field.The area is mainly considered for the benefit and function of the ecological environment.The farmland shall be returned to the farmland and the ecological protection forests or water conservation forests shall be completed.Qiaolong Township land consolidation projects should be enhanced early propaganda work,intensified farmers'profound understand of that importance of land consolidation,encouraged the public to participate actively,alleviated various contradictions in the process of land consolidation;studied the cost and benefit ratio of land consolidation project to ensure technical and economic feasibility.And in the process of implementation,ecological and environmental benefits should be taken into account.To ensure the achievement of the goal of land consolidation,the utilization and protection of the project after implementation of the project still need to be strengthened further.And through the land circulation,we can improve the utilization of land resources after the land consolidation. |
