Evaluation Of Land Comprehensive Carrying Capacity In Guigang

Land resources, as a basic resource for human social and economic activities, is the source and the carrier of all production and existence. With the accelerated process of urbanization, continuous expansion of urban industrial land, encroachment of arable land, forest, water and other land, food security and ecological security are threated; at the same time, China which is still in the initial stage of economic and social development requires more urban industrial land as the base for development. Thus, land resources as the foundation of human survival and development are comprehensive and complex. Therefore,comprehensively understanding the situation of land carrying capacity and the limitations are the foundation to promote the sustainable usage of land resources.Based on summary of relative research literatures and the basic theory, according to the characteristics of land resource utilization in Guigang, to define the concept, composition and characteristics of land comprehensive carrying capacity, and to analyze the factors influencing the land comprehensive carrying capacity, build ing the evaluation index system of land comprehensive carrying capacity of Guigang was constructed in this paper through three dimensions of the population,economic ecological.Firstly, the index data in 2014 were collected to determine the carrying capacity threshold index by analyzing existing relevant standards and other means. Then each index carrying capacity was estimated by single index evaluation. From the evaluation results, in addition to the population pressure of cultivated land is large, the carrying capacities of Guigang district(city, county) have great potential on other indicators. Baseing on this, the combination weighting method was applied for weight sequencing on each index in this paper. Then comprehensive evaluation was used to evaluate situation land comprehensive carrying capacity of Guigang in 2014. Results indicated that comprehensive carrying capacity index of Guigang district(city, county) mainly between 1.12- 0.14. Carring level is generally lowSecondly, the GM(1,1) gray predicted model and the trend moving average forecast were combined for numerical prediction on land comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation of Guigang in 2020. Meanwhile, combined with research policy and planning requirements related indicators, index bearer thresholds in 2020 were obtained. Then the overall land carrying capacity of Guigang districts(city, county) in 2020 was comprehensively evaluated, and the evaluation results are compared with 2014.Results showed that, in addition to the finance income carrying of land levels have increased, the rest of the index carring levels were reduced, overall carrying level is still low.Finally, this paper summarized the work and put forward policy recommendations in various aspects of population controlling, revitalizing the stock of land, construction specifications of towns and villages. These results could provide important reference for rational application of land resources and to enhance overall carrying capacity of land resources in Guigang.
