In recent years, State-owned assets supervision and administration commission has vigorously promoted the Economic added value indicators in the Central enterprises, from a few pilot Central enterprises to all central enterprises, from a trial to explore to important performance appraisal indicators, Economic value added gradually become the beacon of guiding State-owned enterprises to change the development mode and the management patterns. As the pillar of the national economy, Central enterprises are the government's strong support in crisis time, but if the central enterprises want to realize the goal of value creation, maintaining a healthy sustainable growth is still very necessary. As one of the important factor of influencing the modern corporate governance, corporate social responsibility plays an important role in sustainable development and sustainable value creation. EVA advocates the orientation of value creation, encouraging managers to focus on long-term interests and the continuous development of the enterprise, thus discussing the relationship among EVA performance evaluation, corporate social responsibility performance and sustainable value creation is of important value.Under the system background of central enterprises' comprehensive implementation of economic value added appraisal, this paper first elaborated the achievements and theoretical basis of the added value of economic, social responsibility performance and sustainable value creation, and then took the data of listed companies in 2006 and 2013 as samples, using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to analyze the internal relationships of economic value-added assessment, corporate social responsibility performance and sustainable value creation, finally pointing out its shortcomings, and putting forward the policy suggestions. The results showed as follows:(1) the implementation of the EVA appraisal has no significant relationship with social responsibility performance, but the EVA index and social responsibility performance have significant positive relationship, and there is a lagging relation between them;(2) social responsibility performance has no significant effect on the current sustainable value creation, and there is no lag effect;(3) the implementation of the EVA appraisal has a significant positive effect on sustainable value creation, but the multiply item of EVA index and the current social responsibility performance have no important positive impact on the sustainable value creation, and the multiply item of EVA index and the lagging social responsibility performance has a significant positive adjustment effect on sustainable value creation. The implementation of EVA appraisal has an important influence on the performance of social responsibility and sustainable value creation, it provides reference for enterprise to intensify EVA appraisal to promote sustainable value creation.The innovation of this article is the connection of the added value of economic theory, social responsibility theory and sustainable value creation theory, and the exploration of the impact on the performance of social responsibilities and the promotion of sustainable value creation that the added value of economic evaluation has, which provides a new perspective to explore related theory; taking social responsibility performance as a moderator variable, this paper provides a new train of thought on state-owned enterprises to improve fulfillment situation of social responsibility and realization of the sustainable value creation, it also provides theory basis for the state-owned assets supervision and administration to deepening implement economic added value appraisal.
