Agricultural Science And Technology Progress Contribution Rate Calculation And Influence Factor Analysis In Hebei Province

The reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established the goal of basically achieving agricultural and rural modernization in 2035.Agricultural and rural modernization is the foundation and support of national modernization because the high status of the agricultural and rural modernization largely determines to the whole process of national modernization.And realizing the agricultural and rural modernization must be relied on agricultural science and technology progress.On the other hand,after nearly 40 years of rapid economic growth,people's living standard has improved significantly,and accordingly,the demand of agricultural products also shifts from pure pursuit of quantity to the pursuit of quality,and much more diversified as well.To satisfy people's needs for the high quality and variety of agricultural products,it also relies on scientific and technological progress.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the status,problems and influencing factors of agricultural science and technology progress in Hebei Province.This paper is divided into seven parts.In the introduction and theoretical basis parts,I have reviewed the domestic and foreign research literature to reference to the latest research results,find the shortage of the existing research and determine the research priorities and theoretical support.The third and fourth parts analyze the present situation and the status quo of the agricultural science and technology investment of Hebei Province agricultural science and technology development and human resources,pointing out the Hebei agricultural science and technology research and development and the problems existing in the transformation and promotion.Fifth and sixth parts Province use Hebei province's panel data of 2006-2015,agricultural science and technology development and the rate,the condition of economic development,agricultural mechanization level,effective irrigated area,agricultural scientific research investment,rural fixed asset investment levels and peasant household management data such as size,by using Solow residual method and regression analysis respectively on agricultural technical progress contribution rate of Hebei Province and its influencing factors are calculated and analyzed.Calculation and analysis result: the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology in Hebei Province was 83.53% between 2006 and 2015.The factors that affect the progress contribution rate of science and technology in Hebei Province according to the influence degree from big to small in turn is affected by the rate,agricultural mechanization level,rural fixed asset,agricultural scientific research investment levels and effective irrigation area.The seventh part is based on calculation of the Hebei agricultural science and technology progress contribution rate and the analytic results of affecting factors.In view of the problems in the research,development,transformation and promotion of agricultural science and technology in Hebei province,the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the progress of agricultural science and technology in Hebei province are put forward.
