Telecom Enterprise GRC Project Risk Management Research

With increasing of economic globalization, telecom business competition is more and more fierce. With economic market changing quickly, the product and service demand of the market of telecommunication business is higher and higher, the competition in the telecom industry has entered the white-hot stage. In the development of knowledge economy era, telecommunication business and service in itself change quickly at the same time, striving to keep in step with society. Telecommunications industry as one of the representative of high-tech project, its own development cycle is short, technology update speed is fast, and other significant characteristics of risk is difficult to control. With the rapid development of the telecommunications industry, which is associated with holes is increasing in business operation management, risk may occur at any time and control difficulty is increasing.Risk management is an important content of modern enterprise management. Risk identification, risk assessment and analysis, formulating the corresponding strategy, make the enterprise operational risk to a minimum. The minimum cost, the lowest risk, the maximum benefit of enterprise, this is the goal of every modern enterprises looking for.This paper carries on research based on the theory of risk management knowledge, combined with the characteristics of telecom industry and the introduction of GRC ideas. Through the theory research of risk management at home and abroad, combining the characteristics of telecommunications enterprises, according to the risk management process, it points out questions existing in telecom enterprise risks. With risk management module of Smartdot Technology, it gives effective solutions. Finally, a summary and outlook is put forward. This thesis hopes to play a positive role in GRC concept application within the enterprise in China, and gives good reference to telecom operating companies in the face of rapidly changing market competition.
