Since September 30,2008,the merger and reorganization of the communications industry since the acquisition of the original China Telecom,China Unicom's CDMA network,China Mobile and China Unicom merger Chinese Chinese Railcom merged,China Netcom,formed three telecom operators competing pattern.2009,China Telecom with the advantages of CDMA technology and frequency band smooth upgrade to the EVDO network,and gradually establish a leading edge to become the most extensive coverage,the highest stability of the 3G network.February 27,2015 Ministry of industry and information technology formally issued to the China Telecom,China Unicom FDD network standard 4G license.As a result,China's full access to the 4G scale commercial era.Three operators compete for users of the "price war" in 2015 will be triggered at any moment,are extremely important to the development process of the China Telecom of the year.The development of LTE technology brings new opportunities and challenges to telecommunication.Due to the wide range of LTE wireless network construction projects,the progress of the tight requirements,the project is prone to various problems.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the risk management of the LTE network construction project of Jilin Telecom,this paper studies the LTE network construction project risk management method.This paper first analyzes the current situation of LTE network construction project risk management and existing problems,followed by Jilin Telecom LTE network construction project as the research object,through the analysis of risk identification and assessment of Jilin Telecom LTE network construction project,put forward the risk management measures.Including several important aspects of engineering contract risk management,cost risk management,safety management,schedule management,quality management,found that the existing or potential risks in LTE projects,through the management and control means can effectively reduce the risk.
