As a supplementary tool for urban public transport travel, taxi has played an important role in the residents' life, the urban tourism and the domestic and foreign exchanges. However, due to various reasons such as government administrative regulation, the supply and demand of the taxi market is not balanced. Cab-hailing has been a difficult problem in most cities. The appearing of cab-hailing apps has eased the situation of information asymmetry between the driver and passengers to a certain extent. However, the launch of Private Hire Vehicle by cab-hailing software companies had broken the market order, caused tremendous impact on the traditional taxi market. The traditional taxi industry has to face with the fierce market competition. It takes CB, one of the traditional taxi operation enterprises, as the research object. According to the theory of enterprise strategy management, this thesis uses strategic analysis tools to analyze the internal environment and external environment of CB Company, thus formulate the development strategy of CB Company.By analyzing the impact of private hire vehicle on the taxi drivers, passengers and operators, the thesis analyzes the most important external factors in order to make strategic plan for CB Company. Through the PEST analysis method and Porter's five forces model analysis method, the thesis analyzes the political, economic, cultural and legal environment and industry environment facing by the CB Company. Meanwhile, this thesis analyzes the internal environment of CB Company from the aspect of the financial situation and the status of human resources. Through the SWOT analysis to the internal and external environment of CB Company, the thesis analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the company and formulates alternative strategies. According to the alternative strategies analyzed through SWOT in chapter 4,it choose the combination of SO strategy and ST strategy to develop the CB company's development strategy; put forward the strategy combined with corporate vision, mission, and goal, brand leading, innovation driven. And it ensures the implementation of the strategy from the CB Company's organizational structure, human resource management, financial management integration, corporate culture strategy and so on.
